A well-made chair will outlive several sets of fabric. Re-covering one usually costs less than replacing it with something that will not last as long, and you keep the frame you already like.

We re-cover dining chairs, armchairs and stools in our Summertown workroom. We do not take on sofas.

You supply the fabric. We do not stock fabric, so bring the material you have chosen, or a photograph of it, and we will tell you roughly how much the piece will need.

Collection and delivery

We can collect and deliver smaller pieces locally — dining chairs, stools and armchairs. Ask us when you get in touch and we will arrange a time.

Getting a quote

Send us a photograph of the piece, or bring it in if you can carry it, and tell us what you want it to look like. Every piece is quoted individually. Call 01865 512203 or email hello@summertowntailoring.co.uk with a photo and we will come back to you.
